LARC will host an information session on the upcoming plebiscite in Colombia. On October 2nd, Colombians will decide whether to approve or reject the historic peace accord between the Colombian Government and the FARC guerrilla group to end half a century of conflict. In this conversatorio, participants will discuss the terms of the peace and agreement and the arising implications.
