Challenges to Democracy in Latin America

Chilean Senator and former Secretary General of the Organization of American States, José Miguel Insulza, spoke at UCalgary on Oct 11. He touched on important topics about the current state of democracy in Latin America, the situation in Venezuela, and the coming elections in Brazil.
